The request form collects your name, email address, South Carolina county, current role, salary preference, work-style preference, and any optional message you provide. Do not submit Social Security numbers, retirement account numbers, banking information, medical information, or other sensitive personal information.

The information is used to respond to your request, determine whether the service fits your needs, prepare a requested career guide, and maintain ordinary business records. It is not sold to employers or data brokers.
