These terms describe the advertised South Carolina Public Career Guide service offered under the Spency Creations business name. Final purchase terms will be shown before payment.
Independent service
South Carolina Public Career Guide is an independent career-research service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the South Carolina Retirement System, the State of South Carolina, or any employer.
No guarantees
The service does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, salary, employer response, or retirement benefits. Job availability, compensation, qualifications, and benefit eligibility can change. Customers are responsible for confirming current details and position-level SCRS eligibility with employer human resources.
Scope
The advertised 90-day package includes a personalized career-guide site, role and employer research, directly reviewed job postings, a browser-saved application tracker, ongoing posting checks, new matching openings, and one preference adjustment. The service does not include submitting applications, legal or financial advice, resume writing, or interview coaching unless separately agreed in writing.
Delivery
The first guide is scheduled for delivery within five business days after payment and a completed intake form are received. A delayed or incomplete intake can delay delivery.
Corrections and refunds
If the first guide is not delivered within five business days after a complete intake is received, the customer may request a full refund. Factual correction requests may be submitted during the first 14 days. Because the guide is personalized work, the setup payment is otherwise non-refundable after delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Customer responsibilities
Customers decide whether to apply, provide accurate intake information, review official employer postings, and confirm requirements and benefits directly with employers. Customers should not provide sensitive retirement, financial, health, or identity information.
External information
Job information comes from third-party employer postings. Reasonable efforts are made to verify listings, but employers can change or withdraw them at any time.
Changes
Package details and prices may change for future purchases. Changes do not alter an already purchased package unless agreed with the customer.
